A 25 year veteran of the business, David Baxter understands the needs of his neighbors and the neighborhood. He graduated from Highland Park High School, SMU and SMU Law School. His civic activities include membership in the Rotary Club of Park Cities, President of the Agape Clinic at Grace United Methodist Church, Chairman of the Radio Committee of Vision Africa Radio, Board member of “Ozone” a Camp Ozark ministry, and Assistant Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout of Troop 70. He and his family are members of Highland Park United Methodist Church. When time permits, David plays golf at the Dallas Country Club. David Baxter is married to Dr. Barbara Baxter, an allergy physician in Preston Center. They have 3 children. James and Sallie are in the Highland Park Schools and Richard is at Vanderbilt University. David is a member of MetroTex Association of Realtors and a Graduate of it's Leadership Program.

Laird Jenkins began a career in real estate back in the early 90s as an entrepreneur working for a golf course developer. Since then he has become an investor, builder and property manager. Laird has a diverse background in real estate which gives him the unique ability to relate to all persons in the transaction - from buyers and sellers to agents, developers, lenders and attorneys. Raised in Dallas and a graduate of the University of Texas, Laird now lives in Frisco with his wife, Saritza, and his 2 middle school step-children, Carissa and Christian. Laird is an affiliate member of MetroTex Association of Realtors.

Jerrod Gosdin is a
Dallas
native, having grown up in
Irving
and attended
MacArthur
High School
. In the past decade, he has worked for a builder, a lender, and title companies, giving him a vast array of knowledge in the real estate industry. Jerrod is a newlywed, having married Jesenia in March of ’07. His passion is drag racing. Jerrod is the driver for “G-3 Racing”, the family team along with his brother and father.

Bob Baxter is a native of Dallas, Texas, with a degree in Finance and Economics from SMU. He obtained a law degree from the University of Texas in Austin in 1974. Bob has handled real estate transactions from contract to closing, and financing and conveyancing, for large and small companies and individuals. He is a past President of the Oil and Gas Lawyers Section of the Dallas Bar Association, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. Bob and his wife and children are members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church and are active in a number of community organizations and activities.
